Menu Plan Monday

We had a really great time in Oklahoma this past weekend, even though we had lots of work to do. Rick and I got all of our sorting and organizing completed by 7:00 p.m. Saturday night so that we could go out for pizza. We headed home yesterday and had fish and party potatoes at Grandma and Papa's.

This week we are having all of Dawson's requests. Here is what he wanted:

Monday ~ Easy chicken cordon bleu sandwiches and fries

Tuesday ~ Chicken fettucine

Wednesday ~ Taking hot dogs to pot luck at church

Thursday ~ Hot ham and cheese sandwiches, chips and apples

Friday ~ Calzones

Saturday ~ Salisbury steak and macaroni and cheese

Sunday ~ Dinner at my parents'
