These Girls

Following are pictures my baby nieces. Ashtyn was born in July. Bell was born last month. They are as different as night and day in their features. But, they are both beautiful! It's so fun being an aunt again after all these years!

The last time I became an aunt was 15 years ago, but I had my own 9 month old baby and a 2 year old and we lived far away, so I didn't get as close to Rylee as I should have as her aunt. But now my kids are older and these babies absolutely light up my life.

For them, I am thankful during this holiday season!

Wish I could snuggle with my two girls today. But Ashtyn is in Kansas City with her mommy and daddy, sick with a urinary tract infection, and Bell is in Portland, Oregon, with her mommy and daddy.

So, I'll snuggle with my own babies, instead, and be grateful for them! We've come a long way from the baby stages. But I love them all the same!
