A Seven Year Old's "Best Day Ever"

Wednesday was Brynne's 7th birthday. And, according to her, it was the "Best Day Ever"! You can't go wrong there!

This is how her day played out:

* She had donuts and chocolate milk for breakfast.

* She got to spend the morning at Big Splash with her best friend

* Dawson took her to Gamestop and let her pick out any game she wanted. She chose "Lord of the Rings" for the Xbox. (She is NOT a girly girl, as you can tell.)

* She got new flip flops that are "soooooo comfortable"!

* She had spaghetti for dinner.

* And she had cupcakes for dessert.

* She opened her gifts and got a new puppy necklace, two new pair of pj's, and lots of Lego Friends sets, which she had put together before she went to bed. (She went yesterday and spent all of her birthday money on two more sets, and put them together before the day was over.)

* She got lots of phone calls.

* And, according to her, the most exciting part of her day was legally giving up her car seat.

She is a big girl now!

Today is her birthday party. We're going bowling! It's girls versus boys. Let the epic battle begin.
